Personal Training is all ahout helping you look, feel and perform better than you ever though possible. My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you along the way, reach and even surpass your goals.

I have been an elite athlete my entire life. My athletic roots run deep with my father being a semi-pro soccer player in Croatia. I played all sports growing up but excelled in basketball. I played at Saint Mary’s University where I was an All Canadian and nominated for Top Athlete in the country (for all sports).
